Palmer still has it. He's in a west coast offense and that has never really suited his skills. But he's adjusting and they've added in a lot of 7 step drops and deep vertical routes that he tends to excel at. To me he still has possibly the best deep ball in the game and has since he's came into the league. He gets so much air under it, and tons of spin to make the ball easier to catch. And because of the high arc he achieves, he only needs the WR to gain about a step on a 9 route and he can lay it in there. We really need to get him on the move, and keep him busy avoiding the pass rush.
